My surge don't sync .. says tracker nt found.. and the Bluetooth doesn't pair.. using a note 5 ... issue just recently occurred about a week ago... no issue wit Bluetooth as it pairs wit other devices ... pls help

Mine has had the same problem for past 2 days. I was prompted to reset bluetooth, but that didn't help.

Please try to restart your tracker a few times in a row, reboot your phone, make sure that other Bluetooth devices are not nearby or Off and try to sync again.
