I have switched from the charge 2 to the Alta (charge 2 is just a little bigger on my wrist than I wanted) and my Fitbit app is finding my Alta but not connecting. I've turned Bluetooth off and on several times, deleted the app a couple of times and reinstalled it. Any ideas on how to fix this? Thank you 🙂

@bdennis91- When you went into the Account settings on the app, and replaced the Charge 2 with the Alta, did it have any problems adding it to your accout? Did it sync okay at that time?
It added the Alta then takes me directly to set it up. It says the tracker has been found when I plug it into the charger then it keeps saying connecting while trying to sync it, then gives me 3 options to try. Thank you!
I removed the charge 2 before syncing the Alta. That may have been the
wrong order to do that in. It says it's finding it but when I try to sync
it says "connecting" then says try again. And gives me 3 options to try and
none of those are working.
Thanks!

Hope you are doing great and enjoying some healthy activities @bdennis91, Thanks for the information, it looks like your tracker didn't connect properly. If you're still having issues, restart your Fitbit Alta and follow the instructions to "Set it up" in here. You did a good job deleting the Charge 2 first, that's the correct workaround. ![]()
