I've read pages and pages on this issue. My steps are syncing but can't get my sleep tracker or my messages to sync. Any suggestions? It worked with my S5 and it crashed so got a new phone....didn't realize this was an issue. Not planning on changing phones

Hello @Nursegidget, good to see you have joined us here in our Fitbit Community. I recommend to review your web-based Dashboard to see if your sleep entries are being properly recorded on your Fitbit account. You can access here by following this link. If you are able to see your sleep here then we can confirm your tracker is detecting your sleep.
About the notifications, make sure to follow the tips and requirement of this post for additional help: My tracker isn't receiving notifications (Android Fitbit app).
