I have a fitbit surge and Galaxy S7. It has been working but now wont sync with bluetooth. Doesn't even show as an option to sync on phone. Kept asking for location setvices to be turned on but phone doesn't even show app. Happy for suggestions.

@Fitolive, I am not sure what you mean when you say it is asking you to turn on Location Services, but it doesn't show the app. Location Services is one of the phone's services, not an app - Open the phone Settings, select Location Services and enable.
The tracker can be synced a couple ways in the Fitbit app. One way is from the app dashboard pull down on the screen to initiate a sync. A second way is to open the Account screen in the app, then tap on the device then select Sync Now.
