Samsung galaxy s7 edge and a flex. Everthing working great until 8:21 this morning, went through the help, tried resetting flex and Bluetooth on phone. Bluetooth sees flex during scan, but then says it can't connect.

Welcome to our Community my friend! Man WinkPlease know that the Samsung Galaxy S7 Edge is still not a compatible device for syncing with Fitbit trackers yet so this is why you're seeing that the tracker sync sometimes and other times don't since it is still being tested, however, I'd like you to make sure our delevopers are working hard to make this mobile device compatible pretty soon.
