I can not get my charge 2 to sync with my Android LG phone. I have uninstalled the app on my phone and put it back on but I still can not get it to sync. Please help

Is this a new tracker, which was successfully setup on your phone and working, but will not now sync to the phone?

Same problem. Have a charge 2 used to sync to my LG just fine now it wont sync anymore

Same issue here. Brand new charge 2 yesterday and it set up fine. Now I can't get it to sync but I've tried all the things recommended.
