Let me help you with this, try following the troubleshooting steps below in order to get it back syncing:
- Turn off Bluetooth, turn it back on, and then open the Fitbit app.
- Force quit the Fitbit app and open it again.
- Reboot your mobile device and then open the Fitbit app again.
- Restart your tracker, make sure to follow the instructions that @SunsetRunner shared.
- Try syncing with a computer instead. If you use the notifications feature, first see Why is my tracker only syncing with one mobile device?
- If you're still unable to sync, I agree with @SunsetRunner contact Customer Support so they can investigate the issue and get you back on track.
