Syncing Fitbit App not syncing with WW App

Having difficulty getting WW app to sync with the fitbit app the number of steps I take.  Takes many tries of manually syncing the fitbit app first.  Somedays it works right away and on other days it doesn't.  I try restarting or turn on or off my phone.  Somtimes that works.  Its abit frustrating.

I will gladly assist you with your weight watchers integration. For syncing issues between your phone and your Fitbit device please follow these instructions. Regarding the integration please remove the link by going to the Fitbit website then relink both apps as you initially did.

If I turn off the link to the WW app how do I relink it.

I have tried disconnecting and reconnecting the WW App.  I will see tomorrow if that solved the issue.

When I get through giving approval for Fitbit to sync to my WW app - click allow and it goes to device and the page is blank

Why don't you try this.  Log out of the WW app.  Swipe the app off your screen to delete the app.  Uninstall the app then install it.  Do the same thing with the Fitbit app.  See if that works.Tziona Greenberg

I am unwilling to delete and reinstall my fitbit app as it tells me deleting the app will also delete all my data! I don't want to lose my data! What should I do to retain the data and just reinstall the app?

I tried this. Now I don't know how to relink my fitbit and WW apps - your post just said to remove it and I can't see anywhere to reconnect!

I have deleted the connection, and now I can't see how to reconnect!  Tried replying before but not sure if the reply was  sent, apologies if this has shown up several times!
