Syncing Issue

Sync has been very hit and miss for just under a week now. Last time I was able to get it to sync was Friday, 3 days ago. Tried re-installing app, turning off Bluetooth etc and no luck.  All was fine until recently, coincidentally around the time of the latest update.

Been onto Fitbit customer service who are arranging a replacement. Can't fault them.

Are you running android Oreo (8.0)? If so, you may be affected by a known bug with the latest update. Keep an eye on the following thread which has updates from fitbit:

Thanks for response but no I'm running Android 6.0 not Oreo 8. 😢
