I am having the exact, same issue. My phone (Stylo 4) is up to date, running Android 8.1.0. I haven't had any issues with my Sense since I purchased it, but yesterday around mid day it just stopped syncing, and today I can not get it to sync AT ALL! I have un installed, re installed, powered off and on, cleared out my Network Settings reset etc. I have done everything but a factory reset on my Sense, which I really, REALLY don't want to do; I specifically purchased this for the ECG feature. If I factory reset, I lose the last 2 months worth of heart data I have acquired. Please, please PLEASE fix this.

I was told to remove the tracker from the app and reinstall it by a customer service rep after I went through all of the other steps they told me to try that and hung up the phone

Hi,
After spending a half hour with your help desk, I need clarification on what you are calling a trouble as I see no clarity in your (royal "your") responses.
Are you saying that you are working on a syncing problem (Fitbit and/phone or other device) which means that the Fitbit is connected with the external device by data channel (Bluetooth), but can't communicate to each other? or,
Are you saying that you are working on a Fitbit and/phone establishing a communications/data channel issue? This is commonly called "pairing," and is established using the Bluetooth protocol.
My issue is that I cannot put the Charge 4 into the paring mode so I can connect to my cellphone app. Everything is up to date. I have turned off Bluetooth, reset the phone. Reset the Fitbit, Nothing works. Please help.
Thanks in advance,
Rich G
This clairification needs to be established prior to shooting a trouble.

Mine is not syncing because it won't pair to my phone. I've had this phone for many months and now it won't pair.

Exactly my problem. I'm an unproud owner of a fitbit versa since march 2019. This is my third versa. I've come to panic a few situations: leting the watch go to 0% battery. Even if i charge it immediately, it will take hours-days to be able to start again. If it ever does (first watch). Second one was around a new update and not even updating it started to do weird stuff, like deleting measures on the app. Etc. I tried everything and finally with the desperation of having tried everything i reset the watch. It died. Now, once i saw the update **ahem** again on my phone i was like, uh oh. Ignoring it until today it just not only wouldn't sync (it stopped altogether last Sunday, and the days before was hard to do). And today again with the weird stuff. I tried to pair it again, to not avail. I used an old phone, that synced perfectly a couple of months ago and that still had my data, but same process than with my current mobile.
To sum up: now, i hold to a watch that it only gives me the information on the watch (no sleep info sadly) and praying that it doesn't die. I think that for 175 € it is quite sad to feel "happy" that "at least" the monitor works. I mean, my super old 15 € casio watch still works to this day and has a zillion years. It is that much to ask for, that the engineers correct which are OBVIOUS bugs???
Fitbit service i find it horrible too. Superficially ultra-hiper-super-nice(I guess American-kind-of-customer-service-policy) but not helpful at all . A major waste of time. Stop being nice and solve the issues!

Hey, does anybody ever answer this feed? When is the problem going to be fixed?

Thank you, Sabors! You've just spared me the effort of attempting to update from LineageOS v15.1 to v17.1 to fix the problem. (For the moment my solution has been to install the FitBit app on a backup phone (identical Google/Motorola Nexus 6) running stock Android 7.11 .

My fitbit charge 4 replaces charge 3. I had it paired, sync'd whatever from December till 2 weeks ago. Then it went haywire. I have tried all the instructions. Deleted app restarted bluetooth, etc now I've got a watch that tells the wrong time, it wont sync at all. My fit bit 3 was perfect in every way, then the strap broke and supplied wouldnt replace it, instead I got this Fitbit 4 which is a much lesser product. Not only that mine does NOT have a button on the side to restart, just an indent that does nothing.
