Every other week my fitbit won't sync. I delete my app and redownload it. this time it's not working. none of my friends have this problem .

Hi there @Fedup83, welcome aboard to our Community. I do not recommend to uninstall and install the app constantly since this might caused loose on your Fitbit data. This step is only as a last resource when is require.

 

If you are having issues to sync I recommend to take a look at this post for additional help: Having trouble syncing? (here's how to fix this).
