Welcome to the Forums @himachal.
This might be happening because the OnePlus 6 is not currently part of the supported devices list. This means that the app has not been fully optimized to work with that phone and we cannot guarantee its full functionality at all times.
As long as a phone fulfills the minimum requirements, Android 4.4+ and Bluetooth 4.0, there is a possibility that it will work correctly but it is also very possible that it will not. Some users with phones that aren't on the list have mentioned that following these troubleshooting steps works, maybe you could give it a shot.
Let me know if you have any further questions,

Ok, I was considering to buy a Charge 3, but I’m not interested with have compabilty problems and stuf like that. If Fitbit change their politics they can survive in this smart watches / bands commerce, but if it only works with iPhone... I don’t know but the Apple Watch will never loose to you on iOS. But on Android is where the Fitbit can increase their sales, but it seems that is not the goal.

I've had my charge 2 for about 2 years. I recently purchased a OnePlus 6. While it was running Android 8.1 the Fitbit app worked just fine. Today I upgraded to 9.0 and I receive the error below I've turned Bluetooth on/off restart phone and uninstalled / installed the app
1)Any other ideas?
2) how long can the charge 2 record data before syncing? Currently on vacation and won't have access to another device for 4 weeks.
Error message:
"Bluetooth issues
If you see this issue for the first time, press 'Cancel' and try again. If you continue receiving this message, press 'Restart Bluetooth' to turn Bluetooth off and on."

When do you plan to have OnePlus (6) devices on supported list please? It is one of the top 5-6 brands worldwide now after all...

I have a OnePlus 6t and I'm unable to get any of the 4 Fitbits I had available to sync. Zip, One, Flex 2, and Alta all sync on intial pairing then no longer sync my steps after initial setup. It's pretty sad this is still an issue. I've had this issue with previous phones Nexus/Pixels phones. Why it's so hard to keep up technology is beyond me. Even if all feature may not be supported, at the minuimm reading steps from a bluetoot tracker shouldn't an issue.

If you're having issues with the OnePlus - try this
Go into your phone settings. Search for BTtestmode. The app should show up. Tap on the app and then "Force Stop". This will kill the process that I have found was interfering with normal bluetooth operations (not just with Fitbit). Reboot the phone and problem should be resolved. Good luck!

HI, had reinstalled fitbit app and removed anything using bluetooth, re-found my Charge2 (in bluetooth) and rebooted etc... - finally worked.
