Was really hoping the charge 4 would be an upgrade over charge 2. I was wrong, I constantly have sync issues with my Android phone. Now it simply won't even connect via bluetooth. I'm about to bail on Fitbit.

Hi @qcdale, welcome to the Community Forums.
Thanks for bringing this to our attention, I understand how frustrating this matter can be for you. To better assist you with this, can you please let me know which mobile device are you using? When was the first time you experienced this issue and how many times since then? In the meantime I receive your answers, please try the following steps and let me know if the issue persists:
If you continue experiencing difficulties after trying the above steps, I recommend you to check how the syncing procedure works here and see if there's a missing requirement on your mobile device that's preventing the syncing procedure to be completed. Then, you can move forward and try the troubleshooting steps that are specified on: Why won't my Fitbit device sync? and let me know how it goes.
Let me know if further assistance is needed and if you have any additional questions.

I've tried all those things multiple times. The charge 4 was a waste of
money clearly. It's always been difficult and slow to sync. I assume Google
broke the app and considering I'm on an Android phone that's saying
something. Hasn't synced in 3 days.. so.. time to move on I guess. Been a
good run but it's over. Hate to see Fitbit die but...
