I have lost a week of information die to my Charge HR not connecting to my Galaxy S10. I've tried everything, from resetting my phone to resetting my Charge. It's fully charged, and there are no other issues. Why won't it sync with my phone???

Thanks for bringing this to our attention and for troubleshooting your device before posting. If you haven't already done so, I recommend you to check how the syncing procedure works here and see if there's a missing requirement on your Android mobile device that's preventing the syncing procedure to be completed.
