I've had my Iconic for about 19 months and I'm always having issues, I thought it was my android phone so I updated it. But problems keep occurring. The latest being not syncing. The sync is on 24/7 but it's saying last synced 23.36 last night and will not up date anything. Plus it keep saying no device found. This isn't the first time but it getting rather tedious and clueless as to what to do. Any advice would be great.

First, I appreciate your effort and patience for troubleshooting this situation prior to posting, I totally understand how frustrating this matter can be for you but I'm here to help you with this. To better assist you, can you please let me know which Android mobile device you're currently using? Also, when was the first time you experienced this and how many times since then?
If you haven't already done so, I recommend you to check how the syncing procedure works here and see if there's a missing requirement on your Android mobile device that's preventing the syncing procedure to be completed. Also, you can move forward to the troubleshooting steps that are specified on: Why won't my Fitbit device sync? and let me know how it goes.

I've looked at the options about syncing and all seems to be working,
except syncing. My app continually says 'No device found' when the wifi is
a strong connection and the watch and my phone which the app is on are
right next to each other.
This is happening all the time and getting very tedious.
Any help would be appreciated.
