I want to see how many of us are in this community. They can't lie to us all about this in a single thread of people still having this same issue.
At this point it's ridiculous.

same thing, my One stopped synching after the update around the 20th. Keep doing the turn off, turn on and that doesn't work. Getting ready to go buy something else as it sounds like it isn't just the One but all Fitbit devices.
If they lose even 1/10th of the people who are having difficulty with their devices due to the update, it's going to be devastating to their bottom line. I'm baffled by their lack of concern.
Changing brands of fitness trackers isn't as simple as getting a new pair of running shoes -- it's a huge hassle with a big learning curve. Once users leave, they're not going to be coming back.
Google Play has version 3.4, which is newer than the broken 3.3.X. It says the version was released two weeks ago (wrong), so it may not show up as an upgrade. I installed it last night and 12 hours later, my Fitbit One is still syncing to my Android phone!
I recommend going to Google Play, install the version 3.4 and see if that works. This is safer than trying to find an older version at a sketchy site.
The 3.4 version isn't available to everyone. My latest version is Google Play is still 3.3.1
Hmmm. I actually found it on the phone with Settings -> Apps & Notifications -> Fitbit. That's where it told me there was version 3.4 and I clicked the install button. My bad for assuming it was available at Play.
Best AnswerMy Fitbit One just stopped sycing after the recent update. I've tried all the support suggestions. Live chat agent was not helpful.
Same troubles here with my old zip. Worked just fine until the last upgrade. I can get it to synch by starting fitbit app, going to my phone settings, bluetooth, turn that on and off, and then scan. When I see the zip as a new device I touch it multiple times as it says cannot pair. Then maybe, maybe I see the synch service at the top of my phone (notifications). Then maybe, maybe it synchs when I return to the fitbit app. Agree something is really messed up in the new upgrade, timing? getting a "handshake" between fitbit and bluetooth? my garmin works just fine.
I was able to fix mine by going to "Connected Devices" , clicked on "forget" under Fitbit & then it worked. Got the idea when casting to my TV doesn't work & you have to disconnect first before retrying to cast it.
Best AnswerI have everything I have seen on this forum and nothing works. Doesn't work on my lap top either. I pre-ordered my versa when it first came out with my same phone and no issues until now. Super frustrating!
Check under Bluetooth and pairing devices, search for Fitbit in available debices, then click on Forget instead of Connect.
