Is there a new syncing issue? It was working fine yesterday. Why does this keep happening?

It made it even worse after factory reset, I used to have the watch lagging on time, now it's just dead basically, saying "download fitbit app to start", and as before you can't set it up in the app, restarting, logging off/on doesn't help.
I thought it couldn't be any worse, but here we are
