Syncing issues

My phone and fit bit won't sync. I uninstalled and restarted my phone. Ugh. Had the same problem 3 weeks ago. Now it's happening again and it's only 6 weeks since I got fitbit annoyed.

I'm having syncing issues also.  This is very frustrating.  My fitbit charge hasn't synced since Tuesday.  I've un-installed and re-installed the app turn off phone turn back on.  Was hoping Android update today would solve the issue.

Mine hasn't either. I noticed my Automatic Time Zone won't stay on and that used to stay on all the time when it worked. I uninstalled the app and reinstalled it thinking it would fix it but it didn't.

I had to reset my fitbit

 

Plug it in and hold the side button for about 15 seconds until some letters show up; then unplug it 

worked like a charm
