Why does my fitbit say for example 1000 steps but when i sync it the figure changes  Thanks for your help.

Hello there @Tillys2000, It is nice to see you have joined the Fitbit Community! I would like to know more details of the issue you are experiencing, to give you a better help.

 

To simplify this, could you let me know which figure is changing when you sync your data? Are your steps decreasing after you sync your Fitbit Zip? This figure that you mentioned, in which way is changing and how? Feel free to share a screenshot if you like, this will allow me to have a closer look. For more details to upload screenshots use the following post.
