I have tried all these ideas several times. The tracker will not sync with my Nexus9, this sync problem only started last weekend, four days ago, after automatic installation of an upgrade!!!!

Could you tell me where the upgrade is installed @GerryW? Have you tried setting up your Charge HR as new device? What OS version is your Nexus9 is running?
