@Jujitsu4 @Trishkie Welcome to our Community! Try restarting your trackers by following these instructions. After this try these suggestions. @Trishkie I would like to mention that currently the Galaxy S7 Edge isn't listed as a compatible device so I can't guarantee it will work as intended.

Thankfully restarting my One Fitbit tracker worked! Better yet, it imported my steps from prior days during the time I couldn't sync. Yay! And this is with my Samsung Galaxy S7 Edge.

@Trishkie Great to hear that your Fitbit One is now syncing with your Samsung Galaxy S7 edge! While not officially on the list it is good to know that you can sync with it and I thank you for letting us in the forum know. Hopefully other users will be able to do so too.
