My Fitbit wont sync with my phone but it will with my iPad. Its frustrating. Please help

@taffy94, could you provide a little more information, such as which Fitbit device, and which Phone you are using?

I have a Samsung galaxy A21s (which is new) and charge 2. It syncs fine with my iPad but not my phone
