Text/Phone Notifications Not Working With Samsung S8+

My Blaze is tracking steps, etc to my Samsung S8+, but it won't receive text/phone notifications. I've tried to research this and I see that it was a problem last spring when the S8+ was not a supported phone, but it is now on the supported list. I bought it primarily because I could get my notifications on it while I work, so this is really frustrating. I have contacted support and they sent me a new Blaze, but it doesn't work either. I've tried to connect it to the iPhone of a friend who also has a Blaze and it works just fine. Can anyone shed some light? 😞

My blaze was working over the weekend, been receiving notifications then boom! Lol! It stopped working again after I updated my s8. I am sooo close to getting a Samsung smartwatch and get rid of this blaze.

Do you know if it works with the Samsung connect app. It's showing the
watch paired...

Oh and don't ever!  It too 3 apps to connect it funny.  Battery wasn't too 45% just over night.... While my Fitbit was at 99% full!
