Good morning i got the fitbit ch2 yesterday all set up but i can't read the messages on the ch2 . It comes up with just a message. 

Please help how do i read the first few lines x

Hello to you @tinafit19, good to see again the in Fitbit Community! Si I see you are receiving messages, but I would like to clarify what is showing the message, is the name of the sender or only part of the text? Could you provide more more details about this?

 

Keep in mind notifications longer than 40 characters won't appear in full. So you'll see partially the notification. Are you receiving messages longer of 40 characters?
