My charge to notify me when I get a text but it doesn't show me who the sender is or what the message is. From my settings it appears that it should. Any suggestions?

Hey, @Ksgirl123! Welcome to the Forums! I have a question. What do you see on your display when you a receive a message?

Please try these steps:

  1. Disconnect ("unpair") your tracker in your mobile device's Bluetooth settings. The instructions differ by device, but in most cases:
    1. Tap Settings > Bluetooth and find your tracker in the list of paired devices.
    2. Tap Forget or Forget Device to unpair your tracker.
  2. Reboot your mobile device.
  3. Turn on notifications:
    1. In the Fitbit app under device settings, tap Notifications.
    2. Tap Enable notifications and turn on Fitbit Notification Service.
  4. Turn on the notifications you want to receive.

Let me know! Cat Tongue

@Jgbach, which phone do you have? Which SMS app are you using? Are you getting the notification and not the message info like the OP or are you not getting any notification at all?
