Hello everyone!
I would like to announce that the redesigned Fitbit app starts rolling out today! This new app will help you reach your goals, and bring the health and wellness information right on hand.
Check out our latest blog for how to get the most out of the new app.
Note: Please be patient if you don't see the update right away, as it will take some time to roll out completely.
Happy stepping!

Not very happy with it. Don't like the monochromatic look. Don't like the battery gauge showing low, medium and high. I much prefer to see the percentage. And most of all I hate that I can't go back to the previous version. I'm not 100% sure what all is gone. Also not a fan that they are pushing the move to Google, but when my current Fitbit dies it will be my last Fitbit. I only had Fitbit for the daily challenges which they discontinued last year.

It is so unattractive, I actually find myself not wanting to look at it. I wish there was an option to switch back to the old version

What are the numbers to callplease .. they should have been posted in the original announcement ...
https://youtu.be/4iJy9VP26nc?si=KcqxO2dPD2r7j7BH seems this video offers an option to rate the new app with a thumbs up or down perhaps you could provide the link and customer services numbers for people to provide customer feedback.
Thanks

Why does it look like there’s a pixel watch, instead of a fit, in the video?

I've also suggested that they could put the last 3.x version on THEIR PLAY STORE as an unsupported alternative for those dissatisfied (putting it mildly) with the new, in their eyes great new idea. That way they could keep existing customers happy without admitting that they screwed up horribly. They could frame it as appeasement for those too inflexible to embrace their really great idea for the future of health monitoring claiming publicly that they offer the old version out of an overriding concern for giving users what they feel they need however mistaken those users might be. Be noble, Google. It wouldn't be difficult.

they intend to kill Fitbit by 2025. What is this about.... these watches are way to expensive to just consider throwing them away in 18 months

Interestingly, you can downvote it but it only displays the vote count for the upvotes. Somehow, I'm not surprised.

you know, when you are very insecure everything becomes a threat, even a downvote button counter.

I wonder if any of them are following this blog? At this point they should take action and restore the old version or give us the opportunity to choose between the new and old version of the App. Apparently is so simple and fair..!!

I am very displeased with this new update. It is unhelpful to say the least. Fitbit without the steps on the top? Didn't this start as a walking tool? 99% of what I want from fitbit is now very poorly organized or hidden. I agree with all of the posts responding here. When will I be able to restore to previous interface. My Versa 2 will need replacing soon and I was looking at new fitbits but now...no

Take away any level of color to replace it with bland crap. No more fireworks or any differentiation. Way to cut off any level of accomplishment and color. It's 2023, color does not cost more money. Welcome back to the 1970s where color wasn't invented yet. Screw this UI.

I wonder who decided on the changes? I absolutely hate the new app. Can't find things easily. I was going to get my family (4 people) Fitbits for Christmas now I'll be looking for something else. The old app was much easier to navigate and the monochromatic scheme is hor

where do I see details of my workouts - both manually started workouts and auto detected ones like walks?
What kind of fitness tracker app hides the actual exercise it is meant to track lol

Hi. How do I see what my weekly zone minutes are so far this week. It just shows what I have each day. Does that mean I have to add up the minutes myself?

This is one of my big concern.!! In the old App, iI you forgot to activate Tennis ... in any case at the end of the activity you could edit the word SPORT with TENNIS ... or the sport you had played. In the new App you can't do all of this, it remains SPORT whether you've played tennis or ridden a horse... it's really ridiculous and incomprehensible like this whole fuc** new application !!!
