I would like to announce that the redesigned Fitbit app starts rolling out today! This new app will help you reach your goals, and bring the health and wellness information right on hand.

Battery level at 70 percent on the watch and the icon there looks like 70 percent, but, on the app the icon looks like 33 percent.

The new app is dull, cluttered and no longer fun. Causes me to use it less. Should’ve been a beta, open for comment. Haven’t yet found any feature that feels like an improvement. Trying to think positive thoughts though…
@Madheaduk interesting. I love how they say 'the Today tab makes it easy to check your goals, metrics and motivation ALL IN ONE PLACE!!!!' then proceeds to show a screenshot of someone literally scrolling through about 30 screens to see all the basic info! I don't want to laugh about this but really?!!!! There is something weird going on here!
This is all sounds great, I'm on an iPhone and on my today page swiping to the bottom - I don't have Customize anywhere!! I really don't like to look on my today page - I don't want my calories burned to be the primary icon! New update doesn't seem great at all.
Aspire3 user. Old version detected and tracked my elliptical use. New version doesn't recognize I'm doing ANYTHING during my 30 minute routine. Digging around auto-detect section suggests it only works when hanging on to fixed bars, not when using moving arms. REALLY? You took away that option with an 'upgrade'? Please give me back what I had before 😞
Don't like it at all. Now it takes me forever to find what I'm looking for. What was the improvement? Also it keeps saying that it's not tracking my steps, but it is tracking my steps. Wtf!
Since New version, it's note possible to set in swimming activity correctly .
All this was perfect before. Give the previous version back!

Please change the front screen back. I am no fan of it and feel like changing to a different product as you changed something not broken

Just tried to email Fitbit support via the email listed in the app store information and immediately received a bounce back email informing me that Fitbit doesn't support email customer service. Surprise surprise 🙄. Why is the email in the app store? 🤔
Taking recommendations for a different tracker if anyone has any.
I don't like it. The icons on the landing page far too large. The interface is not user friendly. Whereas before the tiles were able to be moved separately where you wanted them placed..I am now unable to do that and have tiles that I don't want showing in the order that they are. Not a fan. Can add my data as easily as i did before either. One to many clicks or scrolling. You are definitely going to lose customers.

If they plan to drop Fitbit by 2025, let’s just make it 2023!!!!!, pass the word
Yes you can tell by their ranking, I have gotten two emails, both say they pulled my post because it meet the criteria, all I did was compare them to another company that did something that went wrong
