I am wearing my Fitbit Alta, and come home from work, should it sink and show all the steps I did during the day. My app only shows the steps I did in the morning and when I sync it says syncing and then synced but when I go to where it tells you what time it did it last it says last synced at 8 am yesterday. Anyone else has this problem and how did you solve it?

Hi @Enibascamp, It's nice to see you again participating here in the Community Forums, welcome back.
Thanks for bringing this to my attention and the details that were shared in your post. To summarize your concern, your Alta device does sync with your LG G5 but the tiles are not updating? Or when you try to sync your device when you come home after work do you experience difficulties with such process? When was the first time you experienced this and how many times since then? If you haven't already done so, please try the following steps:
Keep me posted.

I have two fitbit accounts on my app, one is mine and it works fine, the other one I made for my husband he has a blackberrie phone and we can't install app on it. So of course I have my phone with me and when he comes home, it won't sync it still says last synced Wednesday Jan 22,,

Your update is appreciated @Enibascamp, my apologies for the delay in responding your post.
Thanks for the details that were shared with me. As it turns out, you can experience some connection difficulties if both devices are connected with your phone at the same time because when the syncing procedure is initiated with your husband's account, the Bluetooth of your phone will recognize your Fitbit instead of his device. Therefore, if your husband is going to sync his device with your phone, make sure that there's no other Bluetooth device nearby including your own Alta.
Let me know if you have any additional questions.
