Worked fine and then traveled to Colorado which is a different time zone. The surge changed time appropriately,. However, when we went back home the time never changed back and I no idea how to correct it. Ice synced, ran battery clear Down and nothing? Any ideas!

The suggested method has not worked for me, I've been trying for 2 days now and getting no where, very frustrated whats the point in having a watch that's an hour wrong!
My blaze won't change time with automatic or by changing time zones manually. I even jumped on https://www.fitbit.com/user/profile/edit and changed time zones. Nothing!

Best AnswerThe exact same is happening to me. I feel I have tried everything on this forum but my surge will not correct the time. It is syncing as all the sites etc are correct but I can tell the time!!! Please help someone!
I bought my husband a fitbit for Christmas and then felt left out so bought myself one too. When the clocks changed recently my husbands fitbit changed time automatically, mine didn't. I've tried and tried and tried to change it from reading suggestions on the forum. No, it will not change. It's driving me nuts! Please, what can I do to change the time on this darned thing?
Best AnswerWe need a solution. It's two weeks for me.

Hello, everyone!
If your tracker is still showing the incorrect time please confirm that you have done the following:
1. Check your time zone in the advanced settings in the app and make sure that it's set to automatic so that when the time on your phone changes, it also reflects the same on your tracker.
2. Change the timezone to any other different than yours, sync your tracker, change it back to the correct one and sync again.
3. Log out and back in from the App.
4. That you have restarted your tracker.
Let me know if this doesn't resolve the issue.

Hey, hey, @cole22! thanks for joining in. Still no change?
Are you clicking on the save button you make the change after? Also, you could try doing it on the computer instead of the phone? This sometimes does the trick.
Hi, @Glynnie, welcome aboard! What options do you get when you log out? Do you have the correct time zone on your phone?
Hello there, @sandi123! Nice to see you. haha this happens sometimes that you just play around with the settings and it suddenly starts working. So I'm glad that you fixed the problem!
I'll be around.![]()
I did all of those steps sevedral times including restarting the fitbit and the android phone. Time zone will not change. Fitbi charge 2 only shows my home time zone.
Best AnswerFitbit changed time when I went to Europe no problem. Now that I am home from my trip in the USA I can’t get back to eastern daylight savings time
