Worked fine and then traveled to Colorado which is a different time zone. The surge changed time appropriately,. However, when we went back home the time never changed back and I no idea how to correct it. Ice synced, ran battery clear Down and nothing? Any ideas!

The suggested method has not worked for me, I've been trying for 2 days now and getting no where, very frustrated whats the point in having a watch that's an hour wrong!

My blaze won't change time with automatic or by changing time zones manually.  I even jumped on https://www.fitbit.com/user/profile/edit and  changed time zones.  Nothing!

No.  Didn't work for me.  I tried from Athens to Hawaii.  Still won't change time.  I was working fine for months changing every time I switch time zones. Then this last week or so it won't automaticly or when manually changing time zones.

That is so annoying, it coincides with putting clocks forward by one hour, for summertime, I'm normally GMT +2, I ended up (after trying everything else) putting a time zone in that was GMT +3 and next time I synced it worked, hope you get sorted soon

Just set the alarm for 0825 on my phone.  It went off at 0825.  Same as my phone.  But my blaze showed 0625 and the alarm said 0625 look alive.  The software is screwed up

So your fitbit is 2 hours behind, have you tried changing the time zone to GMT+4 and making sure that's what it says in your personal info, then sync, mine was 1 hour behind so I had to put a time zone of GMT+3 because I am normally 2 hours in front, if that makes sense, they haven't allowed for the hour change for sunlight saving time for some reason and the automatic time zone didn't do it's thing and change it

I travel constantly.  I can put in any time zone it has available and it won't change time.  GMT + 1 to GMT - 8.  I sync and no time change what so ever.

I bought my husband a fitbit for Christmas and then felt left out so bought myself one too. When the clocks changed recently my husbands fitbit changed time automatically, mine didn't. I've tried and tried and tried to change it from reading suggestions on the forum. No, it will not change. It's driving me nuts! Please, what can I do to change the time on this darned thing?

Hello, everyone! Cat Very Happy If your tracker is still showing the incorrect time please confirm that you have done the following:

1.  Check your time zone in the advanced settings in the app and make sure that it's set to automatic so that when the time on your phone changes, it also reflects the same on your tracker.

2. Change the timezone to any other different than yours, sync your tracker, change it back to the correct one and sync again.

3.  Log out and back in from the App.

4. That you have restarted your tracker.

Let me know if this doesn't resolve the issue. Heart

I can log out, nothing seems to happen and nothing says log back in again. Also, in settings, if I turn automatic time zone on it insists I am in Dakar instead of London! Getting so fed up with this now. I can't get the thing to sync, hasn't done it since March 27th now despite repeated attempts. Grrrrrrr!

Hey, hey, @cole22! thanks for joining in. Still no change? Robot Sad Are you clicking on the save button you make the change after? Also, you could try doing it on the computer instead of the phone? This sometimes does the trick.

Hi, @Glynnie, welcome aboard! What options do you get when you log out? Do you have the correct time zone on your phone?

Hello there, @sandi123! Nice to see you. haha this happens sometimes that you just play around with the settings and it suddenly starts working. So I'm glad that you fixed the problem!

I'll be around.Man Happy

Fixed long ago.  Letting battery die.  Uninstalling app.  Updating firmware.  One of these worked.
