Worked fine and then traveled to Colorado which is a different time zone. The surge changed time appropriately,. However, when we went back home the time never changed back and I no idea how to correct it. Ice synced, ran battery clear Down and nothing? Any ideas!

I just had to attempt to resync it a million times. Never worked. Then one
day I woke up and it was synced.

Eventually they sent me a new one. That fixed it....! Still have problems
with traveling. It takes several days to get back to the right time.

Hey everyone.

Thanks for sharing your experience on the matter.

If you have the time, I'd like to recommend that you read through this article about changing the time in your Fitbit. It should definitely help everyone out. Additionally, be sure to try to restart it and if all else fails, my recommendation would be to try and set it up as if it was a brand new device.

Hope you find this useful! Let me know if there is anything else that I can help you with.

Did you get this resolved? I'm having the same issue.  I live in AZ and we never change our clocks.  My Fitbit shows one hour behind.  I've tried all the suggestions and nothing works.

Go here and set your time zone.  https://www.fitbit.com/settings/profile

In the app go to account>advanced settings>automatic time zone
Restart the fitbit and sync.

I apologize for the delay in my response.

@cole22 Thanks for being around and sharing those steps.

@Esss Did you get a chance to try what @cole22 mentioned? They should definitely help in getting everything to work correctly.

I have fixed the Time Zone change not working as you described, yes it worked, it also works when I just set the auto time "BACK" to enabled.  I cross time zones often and it works as long as before I get to the next zone I re-enable auto time zone.  I want it to stay enabled, period.  Should not have to futz with it everytime.  It's like it has a one time zone change limit then self disables every time I cross.

Any answer from Fitbit on this? I have the same issue and cross time zones often. Makes no sense to not be able to apply and keep the Auto time zone enabled.

Nothing but Crickets. I got a new phone, had an S8 Samsung now have S21+,
crossed over and back this weekend from Mtn to Pacific and back and it
worked without intervention from me. There has also been am update to
Fitbit, I think the new phone is the difference 😉
