The track exercise option is not opening in the latest version of Android fitbit 2.94. The app just refreshes or goes to previous screen. Pls help

Thanks for bringing this up. Let me help you figure out what is going on.
In this case, my recommendation would be that you try to uninstall the app and then install it once again. That should help so that everything starts working correctly.

Same problem here, also I can't access female health and change notification settings. Already unistalled, restarted, reset my versa, removed and re added device etc, could the app be fixed pls

Edit workout, add workout and notification settings just give me a blank white and then go back to the previous screen, female health the app closes when i tap the logo

Thanks for answering the questions on the matter.
In this case I'd like to recommend that we try to move the app from where it is installed on the phone:
After that, it will start working correctly and allow you to access all of those sections of the app.

Hi,
I don't have an sd card in my phone but i i solved the problems by reinstalling an older version of the app. Hopefully next update will work better

Please do know that we do not recommend using older version of the apps and that it could cause stability issues or even syncing issues. Having said that, I am glad to read that it seems to be working for you.

If i open it from the home page, the app minimizes. If I go to the work out option and then try to start, it just goes to home page
