My track exercise facility worked fine until end of June. Now when I set it the timer automatically goes in to a minus time or runs backwards and it doesn't track my route. The time is set to London but quite offer changes to Madrid (which is the time zone I was in when it last worked properly). I have uninstalled the app from my phone to see if that makes any difference but it didn't. Any suggestions?

Have you set the time zone? If setting time zone does not keep, some get it to work by setting to another time zone, sync, then set back to correct zone and sync again.
