I purchased a fit-bit flex a few weeks ago worked perfect until yesterday. Now it says tracker not found. I have tried turning Bluetooth off and back on. I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling the app. Tried a hard reset on the device. I even tried to sink it with the Bluetooth on a desktop instead of my android phone. I was curious if there is any other suggestions before I throw this thing in the trash.

When you say "hard reset", do you mean this procedure?

If so, it might be worth trying it a few more times as it's known to not always work.

Yes that is what I was trying to say. I might not have used the correct term.

Thanks for stepping into the Forums @Code3of9!
In this case I'd suggest to try and restart the connection between your mobile and your Fitbit. Regularly that helps to get the Fitbit to sync correctly.
Please try that and let me know how it goes.
