Tracker won't sync or pair

Recently I've been having issues syncing my tracker to my phone. A couple of times a week, I have to reinstall the app, restart the tracker and unpair the device in order to get it syncing again, but now even that doesn't work. When I try to pair a new device, the app can't even find my fitbit...

 

Does anyone know what the problem might be, and how I can fix it?

 

I have a fitbit blaze that I (try to) sync with a galaxy s7.

Hello @BitfitNic, welcome aboard to the Fitbit Community. I've seen you have try some of the troubleshooting steps already, I'm wondering if the issue persists so far? Please review the following post for additional help, you might find some of the steps you mentioned before, but give it another try applying the other recommendations for Android devices.

 

In addition try to reset the data of your app following this other instructions of this post.
