Just to clarify you should get trophies for both accomplishments, your personal and when you beat someone else too. However like we said before this problem has been reported and our engineers are trying to resolve it.
@Mrsdossey, like you said, when you beat someone else, you should receive your trophies normally.

Best AnswerJust read this thread, I have the same issue. My friends can see my trophies, but they appear greyed out and locked when I look at them through my app.
That's a long time! I checked my online profile and found that trophies are not listed there either, although there is no option to view them. Only badges are visible.

I was full of hope nearly 1 year after purchasing my fitbit when someone posted that his trophies were finally unlocked, but no my still remain grey.
