On the trophy app on my smartphone the trophies have a padlock at the side and I can't access it at all. Why ?

Try clicking on challenges

Wait for the screen to say challenges at the top when you see it click on "learn more"

It should say.

.Light the fire

.Better together

.Win a trophy

Then tap start a challenge.

Yes, looks like trophies are only earned when competing against someone
else, or a group.

I've been doing that from the very beginning ! However when the challenge I've set is completed and I've won I never receive the Trophy it's not unlocked.

I received one trophy last week and could see it. Now I'm trying to access the trophies page, but it doesn't let me. It feels completely random when it will show. Does that sound familiar with your problem as well?

I've already explained to fitbit for nearly a year and along with all the info and all that happens is that a different moderator wants me to explain again. Please check my previous screen shots. Thanks

In my case I cannot see the trophies page at all. You open the page "Badges and Trophies", you only see a few of the badges (not all) and you can tap on the Trophies-tab forever, it will simply not respond.

At that moment you can try that over and over again, but it doesn't work. However, when you try it later that day, it might suddenly load all the badges and you are able to navigate to the Trophies-tab as well.

It feels like the app is still downloading information in the background before it allows you to see/select it, but there is no feedback indicating that. On the other hand, I can't imagine that the information required would be that massive, that it will take all day to download. And I'm lucky enough to use a very fast internet connection, so I don't expect that would be an issue either.

Hi!

Does anyone know if this has been resolved yet?

I have a new Flex 2, and despite getting awarded trophies for 'Gold Day' etc in the Challenges, they do not show in the 'Badges and Trophies' tab. All badges that I have recieved show ok, it's just the trophies that are missing.

 Any advice would be appreciated. Many thanks.

Trophies are now visible through the Android app. There can be a delay in
loading though.. I just checked on my device and at first there was
nothing, just a note to challenge friends. After a couple of minutes, the
trophies populated. You can also see this info for your friends assuming
they have made this info shareable.

Thank you. However, I have tried waiting and trophies still do not appear. The page seems 'locked' also as I cannot get the page to scroll down. Is this normal?

I have the same issue. Purchased my Alta at Kohl's 9/2/17. I should have several Trophies; the entire Trophies page is grayed out with padlocks. "Rare"  I bet not

So i have friends that show up on my weekly Fitbit summary that gives infio on how each of us did for the week,  the Trophies page should be active & it isn't.

I had to Challenge someone before the trophies would Unlock.

Thank you so much for your response! Just to be sure I'm clear, did you mean you have to initiate the challenge? I have participated in someone else's hosted challenge, and won both, but hadn't unlocked a couple of trophies. Thanks again!
