Trouble Syncing

    Over the last week or so when I'm trying to sync on my Android I am getting a reading that the sync is not taking (the red symbol) flashing quickly with the symbol that signifies that the unit is in fact synced. The readings appear to be correct (steps, floors, miles, etc.).  I have uninstalled the app from my phone & reinstalled but am still experiencing the same issue.  

 

    Has anyone else experienced this issue, & if so how did you fix it?

Started experiencing same issue this week and once last month. Re-powered my phone which fixed issue the first time, but not working anymore. Not sure how to resolve????

Finally had to logout of account and log back in and it seemed to reset. My phone is now synching with my fitbit.

My Fitbit is not syncing at all keeps coming up with an error message
