Hello @Titansfan78, it's nice to see you have joined the Fitbit Community! I'm wondering how are you trying to track your exercise? Is it with MobileRun or Connected GPS?
By the description I can assume is with Connected GPS, so make sure of the following:
- Make sure your phone can track your activity when you're out of Wi-Fi range. This is usually achieved by making sure Cellular Data is turned on.
- Make sure GPS can continue tracking while your phone is locked.
- Make sure your phone can identify your location.This is usually achieved by enabling Location Services within your privacy settings.
If the issue persists, pleas try the following directions to restart the app.
