I have not used my Fitbit Charge 2 for at least a year. I have since gotten a new phone and had to try to login to my account on the new phone. I can't remember which email is linked to my account. I have tried my current email but it says an email has been sen to reset password, but no email has shown up in my inbox. Unfortunately the email I think it is actually linked to, I can no longer access. Is there a way to reset my fitbit and link to my new email without accessing my old account?

Hi @Meghodge unless you recall the email address, there isn't much you can do. If your history isn't an issue, why not set it up as a new device on a new account? It would start you at the beginning and this time you can write down the information so you won't forget which email address was used. Let us know how things go for you.

I know the email now but it us saying that a device is already set up using that account. When I try to reset the password though, it days that an email has been sent but no email appears in my inbox. I have checked spam etc but nothing.
