Cannot get clock faces to load on my fitbit ionic

Thanks for bringing this to our attention. To better assist you with this, can you please let me know which Android mobile device are you using? What happen when you try to change your Ionic's clock face? The page doesn't load or do you receive an error? In the meantime I receive your answers, please troubleshoot the app following the next steps:
- Force quit the Fitbit app.
- Uninstall the app from your mobile device.
- Make sure that the Android version is up to date.
- Reboot your mobile device.
- Reinstall the Fitbit app.
- Login using your account credentials.

I appreciate the details that were shared with me. To further investigate, can you please specify which Samsung mobile device are you using? When was the first time you experienced this situation and how many times since then? Have you tried to change your Ionic's clock face using a different mobile device?
