Unable to connect Versa 2 with Samsung A20

Fitbit watch is no longer connecting to my Samsung galaxy A20. I tried everything. It won't connect to my bluetooth or sometimes it wont show. Customer service saids that it might be because it's not compatible but it should he because it's a newer model. Why should this be an issue?

If you haven't already done so, I recommend you to check all the information that's specified on: How do I set up my Fitbit device? to check if all the requirements are correctly configured to setup your device. Then, you can move forward to the troubleshooting steps that are specified on: Why can't I set up my Fitbit device? and let me know how it goes. 

 

Just as our Customer Support team informed you, the Samsung Galaxy A20 is not listed as a compatible device with our products and services, therefore, you can experience some connection difficulties with it and your Fitbit device.
