Hello @Guptha 

 

I hope I understand your issue correctly. Are you trying to enter your four digit pin into your Fitbit but it’s not being accepted? Are you absolutely sure your entering the correct pin? 

 

If that’s the case I’d look here for a possible resolution to this problem: https://community.fitbit.com/t5/Other-Versa-Smartwatches/Incorrect-PIN-Blocked-Versa-2/td-p/4449538. Pay special attention to the instructions given by the moderator. Hopefully that will help clear things up.
