Unable to setup Versa Lite with Samsung A51

Dear,

When I try to connect the Versa Lite to my Smartphone it always gets stuck after Step two (downloading) at 101%. The screen of the Versa Lite keeps displaying to dowload the app.

First, I'd like to appreciate your effort and patience troubleshooting this situation prior to posting. If you haven't already done so, I recommend you to check all the information that's specified on: How do I set up my Fitbit device? to check if all the requirements are correctly configured to setup your device. Then, you can move forward to the troubleshooting steps that are specified on: Why can't I set up my Fitbit device? and let me know how it goes. 

Keep in mind that the Samsung Galaxy A51 is not listed as a compatible device with our products and services, therefore, due to a compatibility concern, you can experience some connection difficulties.

That doesn't answer my question.  WHEN will the A51 be compatible or do I have to look for a different fitness tracker?

When will Samsung A51 be compatible? I just bought it a few days ago and I would like not to have to get rid of my fitbit just because the phone isn't gonna work with my device.

FYI ..... Went with a Nokia 7.2 and it works flawlessly.
