Am trying to resync my Charge2 to my phone it keeps saying no internet connection. I have checked and I do have an internet connection. I tried forgetting the connection and reconnecting but doesn't seem to work. Any ideas?

Thanks for bringing this to our attention and for the details that were shared in your post, your effort troubleshooting this matter is appreciated. If you haven't already done so, I recommend you to check how the syncing procedure works here and see if there's a missing requirement on your Android mobile device that's preventing the syncing procedure to be completed.
