Why can't I sync to my notes phone

Hello @ScottLR, welcome aboard to the Fitbit Community. I was reading you can't sync with your Galaxy Note. How it goes so far? I'm wondering if the issue persists? 

 

Perhaps the following suggestion will give you some extra help in case of being necessary: Why won't my Fitbit device sync?
