@Nate_Pedro A warm welcome to the Fitbit Community. Thank you for the details mentioned.

I moved your post to the main board in order to properly assist you. Please confirm you're following this procedure to upload your picture:

  1. Tap the Today tab

    , and tap your profile picture.

  2. Tap the tile with your name.
  3. Tap or click the camera icon next to your current profile picture (tap the gear icon

     > Profile Photo on Android).
  4. Take a new photo or choose an existing photo. In Fitbit child accounts, choose an avatar.
  5. Save your photo.

Also double check that your Fitbit app is up-to-date. If you continue experiencing difficulties please provide me as many details as possible.

Let me know how it goes.

@Acathla Thank for getting back.

Please let me know the phone model and OS installed and attach a screenshot of the error message to your next reply. Take into consideration that a compatible operating system for Android is 7.0 or higher.
