Versa 2 compatibility with Note 10

Hello!! I'm new here and I'd like to know if anyone had experiencied any issue while using their fitbit with the galaxy note 10.  I ordered a fitbit versa 2 and didn't know they weren't compatible. I'm receiving it on friday so I'm pretty anxious. Thank you!

Hi there @Valita23, welcome to the Community Forums. I'm very glad to hear you're getting your Versa 2 tomorrow. 😉

Currently your Galaxy Note 10 isn't yet a compatible device as our team is working to optimize the Fitbit app and ensure its functionality with this model. 

There is a possibility that your Versa 2 can sync and while there isn't a guarantee that it'll always work. You can always follow the steps provided in the help article: How do I set up my Fitbit device? 

Give it a try and let me know how it goes.

Mine still is not syncing for messages and calls and I read the article recommended but it did not help. Any other ideas?

Major issues with the note 10, you will not receive text notifications on your versa 2

Would really like to see a test push notifications option on the menu so that you can check to see if it is working or not...

Hi, was checking the compatibility list. It says the s10+ is a compatible phone with the Versa 2 but the Note 10 + isnt. However, the s 10 + and the note 10 + are the same phone except the Note 10+ has a stylus and is a bit longer, other than that they are the same. I have a fitbit Charge 3, it worked with my Note 10 + when I got it in december and then it stopped receiving text messages. The fitbit people say, after 10 messages back and forth said it is my phone. And they dropped it. So, I don't think they really are sure why.

i just got the note 10+ this past sat an my fit bit versa works fine except for the alexa part. it will not let me sign in no matter what pw is right and i called both fit bit for help as well as amazon. no luck. but at least i get my calls and messages and it tracks me. so I can wait for an update

I am getting call notifications, but not text either. I just dont get why it works with the s10 but not the notes... they are pretty much the same thing!

Yes unfortunately, we all have had the same problem. I do know that there
is a new update for the Fitbit so possibly delete the Fitbit from your app
and re-install it. I had to switch to a totally different message app to
receive text messages.

Did u do something special to get it to work? My note is not even saying its connected via bluetooth.
