Hello!! I'm new here and I'd like to know if anyone had experiencied any issue while using their fitbit with the galaxy note 10. I ordered a fitbit versa 2 and didn't know they weren't compatible. I'm receiving it on friday so I'm pretty anxious. Thank you!

Best AnswerSame! It worked for a few days and now can't find the versa 2. So disappointing.
And here it is August 2020 and Fitbit still has not updated my Versa 2 to be compatible with my phone (Samsung Galaxy Note 10+). No solution, no refund, no upgrade offer to a model that is compatible... they say none are! Apparently Samsung has developed a method of locking them out. I'm now looking forward to researching the Samsung Watch 3. Fitbit gives us no choice in the matter.
Here it is, November 2020 and my Versa 2 still doesn't work completely with my Galaxy Note 10. I cannot load music, I do not get text or call messages. And now you are advertising a Versa 3. Does that mean you have stopped trying to fix this problem with the Galaxy Note 10? I've been with FITBIT for a long long time and have a box of previous Fitbits and accessories. I've spent a lot of money with you and am very disappointed you have not yet solved this problem.

Best AnswerI hear you. Not financially viable for me right now, but a consideration for the future. On another subject, can you recycle old fitbits?
