My versa 2 will not work with my Huawei P smart phone.

I have tried repeatedly to get it to Sync.I spent £147 on buying the new Versa so I am not very pleased about it.

Any suggestions please

Hello @SunsetRunner and welcome to the Help forum.  There are several phones in the "P" series.  Two of them are incompatible with the Fitbit app.  One requires specific settings.  Compatible devices   Which phone do you have?
